Every year around this time Chef Mark McEwan hosts a patio party in the heart of the financial district here in Toronto. Held at his fine dinning restaurant called ByMark, Chef McEwan celebrates his loyal cliental with night full of delicious food and drinks and of course, lots of laughter.
ByMark is a fine dinning restaurant located at the bottom of the TD Tower (66 Wellington St. West, Toronto). As a result of such a prime location, ByMark maintains a diverse mix of cliental. From business professionals working in the area, to sports fans gathering for a beer and a bite before the game, ByMark lends itself the title of being tasteful without the bitterness of pretentiousness. As such, the dinning experience becomes relaxed, further allowing you to truly appreciate the food you are eating.
As for the food and drinks, ByMark knows exactly what they are doing. With Executive Chef Brooke McDougall in control, you know your taste buds are in for a ride. With options such as the P.E.I Steak Tartare & Roasted Bone Marrow and their more than delicious sliders (OH GOD the sliders!), there is no doubt in my mind that you’ll be hooked after one bite. If that wasn’t enough for you, their bar is stocked with award winning bartenders that are polite, talented and FAST.
I myself am not a banker, nor am I a sports fanatic, but I am in fact a food lover and from one foodie to another, all I can say is “GO!” This phenomenally cooked food goes straight for you taste buds; leaving you rolling your eyes into the back of your head thinking “is this real life?”
