Turkey Ham Sandwich
• Thick sliced sourdough bread
• Dill pickle relish
• Shredded cabbage (for some crunch)
• Sliced Beretta Country Ham
• Sliced Beretta Smoked Turkey (piled high)
• A thick wedge of heirloom tomato (recommends broiling the tomato in advance with garlic and seasonings for extra flavour)
• Sliced red onion
• Shredded romaine lettuce
• A big squirt of honey mustard

Ham & Cheese Croissant
• A fresh buttery croissant
• Sliced Beretta Country Ham
• Swiss Cheese Slices
• Fresh Arugula
• Grainy Dijon Mustard
• Sliced Pear
• Watercress

Roast Beef Sandwich
• Fresh French bread
• Bibb leaf lettuce
• LOTS of Beretta Medium Rare Roast Beef slices
• White or orange cheddar slices
• A medley of sautéed mushrooms, onions, green pepper and garlic
