Celebrating Fresh. Local. Love at The Wedding Co. Market

This year’s market presented by The Wedding Co. absolutely did not disappoint; surrounded with fresh local vendors promoting how they can help capture your love for one special day. Presented in the beautifully architectural Artscape Wychwood Barns this market has such a relaxed feel to it as attendees could work their way around the market meeting and greeting with some of the best vendors of the GTA. The market included vendors for absolutely every need a bride or groom-to-be may have and each vendor was so friendly, approachable and seriously helpful.

Some of the most notable vendors for me included:

Quince Flowers & QT Flowers
Where do I start? Quince Flower’s had a beautiful flower market display with spring blooms available for purchase. I could not walk away from their blooms – from David Austen Roses to Lilac and Soft Pink Hyacinths the arrangements that were available were beautiful. The company itself offers floral arrangements for any celebration, small gardens, work and life space standing orders as well as wedding floral design. Quince Flower’s prides itself on being staffed by artists who use flowers and customer vision as their raw materials, this approach to floral design is not only unique but completely resonates with all creators! Want flowers delivered today? Check out their sister-shop Qt Flowers for a daily dose of beauty!

Brent Miller LIVE
Brent Miller works with you to help achieve your overall musical vision. Covering songs from Motown to Country to Disco to Hip Hop – his band is able to achieve a variety of songs styled in an old school Frank Sinatra kind of way. The customization he offers is very hard to find in musicians, however he offers an array of lineups as well.

If there is anyone I want to shape my brows it was JJ, omg her personality radiated and she really was wonderful to talk to. She really took her time talking to me regarding my own personal current brow issues and discussing lash services! The best part about her Bridal Lash services? She recommends a trial 5 weeks before to ensure that you are happy with the set and there are no problems and yes, you get a touch up for your honeymoon!

Crumb & Berry
I know I definitely cannot say no to macarons, and these ladies were giving samples away obviously drawing me in for an ultimate cake conversation. Situated in Caledon, Crumb & Berry offers custom cake and bakeshop goodies from Cakes, to Macarons, to Cupcakes, and Gluten Free goods how can you resist?

Field Day
Looking for Event Design and Coordination? Field Day offers custom one of a kind service with impeccable details and handmade design, I was literally drawn in by their contemporary rustic backdrop featuring real wood painted with watercolour effect and handmade macrame hanging. I instantly fell in love with April & Michele and their articulate sense of style and appreciation of all thing hand made.

Make My Day Count
Make My Day Count
Looking for event coordination? Look no further, Denise & Lana from Make My Day Count truly have a passion for weddings, these vivacious beauties had incredible personalities and made me feel instantly at ease. Offering Full Planning, Partial Planning, Day of Coordination and A la Carte services including vow renewals, proposals, bridal styling, shower planning and in-home party planning and everything in between. These ladies know what they are doing and have a great flair for styling.

Overall I was blown away by each and every single vendor at the market, but none other than the founder of The Wedding Co.’s own Workshop Line Up! All workshops include entry to The Wedding Co. Spring Market. My top pick? The Paper Flower Workshop with The Wedding Co.’s founder Catherine Lash!
