Today I’ve decided to share with you some tips and tricks for entertaining over the holiday season.

Sparkling Cider Bourbon Twist
Fill the flavour chamber with cider, and place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber. Place 2-3 cinnamon sticks in the bottle, and top the bottle up to the rim with cold cider. Close up the system, press the button and sparkle. Fill 4 glasses with 1oz of bourbon each, and pour the sparkling cider over the bourbon to serve. Cheers!
Fill the flavour chamber with orange syrup and place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber. Fill the bottle with a few ice cubes, a handful of green apple wedges, a handful of orange segments, and a handful of pomegranate seeds. Top up the bottle with chilled red wine. Close up the system, press the button and sparkle. Open slowly over the sink as the combination of fruit and wine will create a lot of bubbles. Enjoy!
