Cold Brew Libre
30 ml Melitta® Cold Brew
40 ml Bacardi Superior
1 handful of ice cubes
1 organic lime
100 ml Cola
1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
· Add Melitta® Cold Brew and rum into a highball glass and stir. Wash and halve the organic lime. First, cut a slice for garnish, then the remaining parts into smaller pieces. Then also add the lime pieces carefully on the glass. Pour cold cola. Add brown sugar to your taste and stir.
Ginger Coconut Brazilian Delight
-1cl ginger syrup
-1 slice fresh ginger
-150ml Jax Coco
-0.5cl coconut syrup
-1 capsule of Cafezinho do Brasil Ltd Ed
Put the ginger syrup in the glass. Add 4-5 ice cubes. Add the coconut water and coconut syrup on top. Separately, ideally in a shaker, cold down the espresso with 2 ice cubes or crushed ice and shake. Pour the coffee on top of the ice cubes, decorate and serve.
