Entertaining with Sable & Rosenfeld

This Super Bowl season, I’m sharing some of my favourite recipes and party tricks. Today, we’ve teamed up with Sable & Rosenfeld for some game day treats that are simple and easy for you to make at home! Sable & Rosenfeld  was first established in Toronto in 1970 and specializes in cocktail garnishes, gourmet condiments and sauces. Their products are all-natural, most are kosher, and a wide selection are Gluten Free. Here are some of their party hosting tips that are as easy as a twist of a lid!

3 Pepper Blast Dip
1 jar of Sable & Rosenfeld 3 Pepper Blast
8 oz softened cream cheese
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Blend the 3 Pepper Blast with the softened cream cheese. Once the 3 Pepper Blast and cream cheese are well blended, add in the sharp cheese and fold. Serve on crackers, in Sable & Rosenfeld Party Cups or with tortilla chips.

Caesar / Bloody Mary
1½ oz (1 jigger) vodka
½ cup tomato juice
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp horseradish
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Tabasco to taste
1 Sable & Rosenfeld Garlic & Dill Tipsy Cocktail Stirrer or a Sweet & Spicy Cocktail Stirrer.

In a tall glass combine vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, 1 cup ice cubes, salt and pepper to taste. Stir the mixture well and strain into a second glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with Tipsy Cocktail Stirrer.

Fiery Devil
2 oz Tequila Blanco
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz lime juice
1 oz orange juice
½ oz Sprite
½ oz Sable & Rosenfeld Fiery Olives brine
3 Sable & Rosenfeld Fiery Olives

To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Tequila Blanco, Cointreau, lime juice, orange juice, Sprite and Fiery Olives brine.  Shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with 3 Fiery Olives.
