Get The Taste of Summer At The Carbon Bar

There is no doubt that Toronto is a city full of great restaurants and a city filled with foodies to frequent them. And if you’re one of them, then today is your lucky day because I’m here to tell you all about The Carbon Bar. Located on Queen Street East in the historic Electric Circus building, The Carbon Bar offers a refreshing alternative to dinning on the east side in this eclectically designed space that is an architectural dream. Putting their own flair of down-home cooking, The Carbon Bar’s menu puts their own unique spin on the classic dishes we all know and love in a modern space.

Inspired by the authentic dishes of the south, I dropped by last week to try their Kentucky Bourbon Pie. Loaded with all of the great flavours of the south, this pecan filled pie is made with 70% bitter chocolate and topped with Lot 40 infused cream. Defiantly a dish that was been made to share, this rich dessert was unlike anything else I’ve ever tried. Carbon bar
