Runway Recap: Day 4 of World MasterCard Fashion Week F/W 2015

With only one more night left, the fourth evening of World MasterCard Fashion Week celebrated the talented Canadian designers who graced the runway. Last night roster included Kania, Hilary Macmillan, Lolë, Farley Chatto, Soia & Kyo and Rudsak. Check out our behind the scenes look at the Canadian Collections as they present their Fall/Winter 2015 lines.

This luxury sweatshirt line was created to match the needs and aspirations of the modern woman. Catering to the lady who is looking for something fashionable yet feminine , comfortable yet fun, designer Stacey Bafi Yeboa has created a line of high-end sportswear that are functional and fabulous. With their models dancing down the runway, Kania breathed new life into a great line of sweatshirts.

Renown for her haute take on the fabrication of womenswear clothing, Hilary has infused her collection with an array of darker, more somber tones for Fall/Winter 2015. Using luxurious fabrics to create a standout collection that celebrates her interpretation of the Mexican tradition of the Day of the Dead playing on the intricate design using haunting tones of white, rose and black.

Bring function and comfort to the runway, the Montreal-born active wear brand Lole has created an WHITE collection inspired and fabricated to be worn when enjoying the astonishing nature all across Canada. From soaring mountain peaks to winding rivers, Lole has use the inspiration of the elements to create a sophisticated and versatile line for perfect for the mat or off to the slopes, Lole has you covered wherever your journey may go.

Farley Chatto Is celebrating over 25 years of experience in the design industry with his ‘Czar Nicholas’ Collection. Incorporating all of the luxurious elements of the opulent life of the last monarchy of Russia, Farley Chatto’s latest collection features only the best in luxurious furs, sumptuous jewel tones and elegant tailoring reviving the classic grandeur of fur.

This quintessentially flirty and feminine Montreal-based line SOIA & KYO has delighted audiences for another year. Incorporating the refined elegance of the frozen Winter Norwegian landscape into their collection, they have created a collection that encapsulates the nature. Using rounded silhouettes, dropped shoulders and long hemlines, their Fall/Winter 2015 collection is inspired by the incredible Scandinavian landscape of the mountains and water.
