Next year I have six weddings (and counting) to go to. Since they are all friend’s weddings, I really want to find clothes that are classy, but that also reflect my personal style. But, with that many weddings in such a concentrated period of time, investing in versatile outfits that you can mix and match is so important. That’s why I dropped by Maska, Le Chateau and Colleen Poitras to see what they had in store! Today, I’m showing you three outfit options that are sure to go over well at any wedding!
Lady in Red
Switch your favourite dress for a new Floral Red Lace one from Maska. This pencil skirt dress with a high cut neckline is an elegant alternative to wear to a family function. The red lace is a great way to be a bit sultry while still remaining classy. Paired with your favourite nude pumps from Le Chateau and simple Concrete Stud earrings by Colleen Poitras.
Little Black Outfit Who needs a little black dress when you can show up in a little black jumpsuit! When worn right, this Short Sleeve Jumpsuit from Maskacan be an elegant alternative to wearing a skirt or a dress to the reception. I love styling mine with a great statement necklace (like this Fringe Love one by Colleen Poitras) and a fierce pair of shoes like these ones from Le Chateau…the higher the better, and don’t be afraid of colour!
I can’t get enough of this Floral Dress from Maska. The shift style is flattering on all body types and is a modest alternative to some of the more body contouring style that are popular nowadays. Plus, this black and white floral dress works perfectly for both winter weddings (worn with tights) and transitions seamlessly into summertime affairs with your favourite wedge. Add a pop of colour to your outfit with a Cobalt Clutch by Colleen Poitras and a nice pair of black heels from Le Chateau.
