From the basements of Sao Paulo to the shimmering lights of Paris and the electric buzz of Tokyo, renowned street artists JonOne, Kobra and Sasu have collaborated with Perrier to create a limited edition collection of designed Perrier cans.
The launch of Perrier Inspired by Street Art was an exciting event where guests and the artists we able to mingle. The space was completely transformed with décor elements related to the style of each of these unique artists and guests enjoyed custom cocktails created exclusively for the evening. These cocktails infused fresh flavours to create delightful drinks for guests to enjoy. Here are the recipes for our favourite drinks so you can try it yourself at home!
Street Art Smash
- 1 1/2 oz Tequila
- 3 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
- 3/4 oz Honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes Fee’s grapefruit bitters
- 5 strawberry slices
- 5 oz Perrier
Stir ingredients together and pour them in a tall glass with ice.
TIP:Instead of simple syrup, sweeten to taste with you favourite sweetener like sugar, honey or agave nectar. You could also replace the bitters with a zest of grapefruit peel
JonOne is an American born artist who has been living in Paris, France since the late 1980s. His Perrier bottle has revamped the classic design with a bold sparkle.
JonOne Gem
- 1 ½ oz Gin
- 1 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
- ½ oz Fresh lime juice
- ½ oz Simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
- 2 dashes Fee’s grapefruit bitters
- 3 oz Perrier
Stir ingredients together and pour into your favourite tumbler or tall glass with ice.
Sasu is a poetic Japanese artist from Tokyo who brings a sensory experience to creating street arts. She has incorporated her artistic style to add a touch of elegance and sensuality to the classic look of the Perrier plastic bottle.
Sasu’s Kaleidoscope
- 1 ½ oz Vodka
- 2 ½ oz Fresh watermelon juice
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Salted simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water; 1
- tsp of sea salt to 2 cups syrup)
- 8 Mint leaves
- 5 oz Perrier
Stir ingredients together and pour into a tumbler with ice.
Kobra hails from the bustling streets of Sao Paulo, Brazil who is renowned for his creation of historical murals to tell his city’s vibrant past through art. The Perrier aluminum Slim Can was restyled to incorporate his eccentric and unique style of street art.
King Kobra
- 1 ½ Rum
- 3 oz Pear Nectar
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- ½ oz Vanilla syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 5 oz Perrier
Stir ingredients together and pour into a tumbler with ice.
