So, how did I do?
It was tough, I’m not going to lie. The juices themselves were delicious (and filling too!) but the hardest part of maintaining a juice cleanse is not being tempted by snacks and treats around you. It probably wasn’t the smartest idea to start the cleanse on Super Bowl Sunday with pizza and wings flying around, but I survived. Looking for a little extra support? Try doing this juice cleanse with a friend or family member to help keep you both on track.
If you’re feeling sluggish, or craving solid foods, it is recommended to try and only eat raw salads or vegetable soups, however these juices offer all of the nutrition that you need. I noticed very quickly an increase in my energy levels from drinking all off the alkaline vegetables. The variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants I drank over the last three days helped reboot my system and clear my skin.
Thinking that a cleanse may be a bit too much? You can always incorporate one of their great juices in your everyday diet to give you an extra boost. I loved the powerful benefits of the Kale Made Good juice and will defiantly be adding it into my regular diet in between cleanses.
